Knuutila manor is owned by the town of Nokia, and managed by Siuro-Seura, a local heritage association.
Rooms for parties and meetings are located in the main building, the labourers’ house, and the fireplace room of the Granary Hotel. A sauna is available near the fireplace room, and there is a dance floor, pergola, and charcoal grill in the courtyard.
The building, dating back to the early 20th century, was renovated in the beginning of 21st century into a hotel. It now comprises six three-bed granary rooms and two two-bed chambers, serving as a year-round hotel. An extra bed is available in every room.
